The service

YupMe lets organizers invite people they know to fill spots in their events by text message. Invitees reply YUP or NOPE.

Organizer responsibilities

• Only add people you know, who have given you their number and would expect to hear from you about the event.
• Don't use YupMe for advertising, marketing, or anything unlawful, harassing or misleading.
• You must confirm consent before your first send; we keep a record of that confirmation.

YupMe text messages (SMS program)

• Program name: YupMe event invitations.
• What you'll get: an invitation from an organizer you know, at most one reminder, a thank-you after you reply, and a final confirmation or cancellation. Organizers also receive login codes and status alerts.
• Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop all YupMe texts; reply START to opt back in.
• No texts are sent between 9pm and 8am in your local time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Credits and payments

One credit is used for each person asked. Credits are bought in packs through Stripe and don't expire. Prices are in US dollars and may include applicable taxes.
